‚ÄčAbout Us

Newstead Equestrian Center is a family-oriented horse boarding establishment situated on 56 acres with plenty of trails for use by boarders. We take pride in personally serving our customers, getting to know all of our clients and their horses, and being involved in everything that takes place.

The owners, David and Karen Howard, and their two children, Jason and Allison, are a wholesome and active family. They and some extended family members all take part in the upkeep and maintenance of the Center.

The Stable Manager/ Instructor, Christine Ziemer, who resides on the premises, has previously managed a 30 stall facility. She instructs her students in English riding lessons, has experience planning and running summer camps, and oversees all horse shows for the Center. She regularly brings many of the Center's students to compete in horse shows all over Western New York, and she continues to learn and take lessons on her favorite equine companion, Toby
